In the app
Open ParBrahma and go to You → Account → Delete my account. Confirm, and your account is deleted.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email hello@parbrahma.com with the subject "Delete my ParBrahma account", from the email address on your account. If you signed in with Apple using a private relay address, write from that address or tell us which one it was.
We may ask you to confirm the request so that no one else can delete your account. We complete deletion within seven days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and sign-in identifier.
- Your reading and listening progress.
- The text of your Conversation with Krishna messages and replies.
- Your push notification tokens.
- Your private notes.
Downloads and anything stored only on your phone are removed when you delete the app.
What may be kept
- Records of purchases, where tax or accounting law requires, for eight years. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records under their policies.
- Backups, which are overwritten within 7 days.
- Anything we must keep to meet a legal obligation, for no longer than necessary.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Google. Cancel it in the store first so you are not charged again.
