About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Manish Soni, sole proprietor, Gurugram, India ("we", "us"), the publisher of ParBrahma. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
Who can hold an account
The content of ParBrahma is suitable for all ages. Accounts, however, must be held by an adult. Under India's DPDP Act 2023, a person under 18 needs a parent or guardian to hold the account and consent to the processing of their data. This is a data-law rule about consent, not a restriction on the material.
If you hold an account for someone under 18, you are responsible for their use of it.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for activity under your ParBrahma account. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your data.
The Gita and our content
The Bhagavad Gita is ancient scripture and belongs to everyone. The recordings, translations, curation, design and software in ParBrahma are owned by us or licensed to us: The Sanskrit verses of the Bhagavad Gita are ancient texts in the public domain. Our English and Hindi translations, editorial explanations, and other original textual content were created specifically for ParBrahma and are owned by us. Our audio content is synthesized from our original text for ParBrahma. The transliteration and word-by-word glosses were sourced from the gita/gita repository and are not claimed as our original work; their applicable licensing and rights are being verified separately..
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and its content for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly perform the recordings or translations, or extract downloaded files from the app, without our written permission.
We keep chapter names, verse numbers and the text of the Gita as they are, and we take care over accuracy. If you find an error, please tell us.
Conversation with Krishna (AI)
Conversation with Krishna is AI-generated. Its replies are produced by a computer model drawing on the Bhagavad Gita. They are not written by Krishna, by a religious teacher, or by us.
- Replies can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Check anything important against the verses themselves.
- Replies are not religious authority. They do not represent any tradition, sampradaya or teacher.
- Replies are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Do not rely on them for decisions of that kind.
- If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or someone you trust. In India you can call Tele-MANAS free on 14416, at any hour.
Do not use the feature to generate content that is unlawful, abusive or that impersonates a real person. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or other users.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break its security, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, overload it, scrape its content, or use it to break the law or harm others.
Premium and payments
ParBrahma is free to use, with an optional premium tier. Premium subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by them under their terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. See Subscription & refunds.
Downloads
Downloaded audio is for listening inside the app on your devices. It may stop working if your account or subscription ends, or if our licences for that content change.
Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a premium feature you have paid for, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", without other warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited, including in India, the EU and the UK.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated replies. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Effective date: 28 September 2026.
